PCB/CCL special laminated steel plate

Our laminated steel plate is one of our high-tech products, manufactured using advanced heat treatment and grinding processes. We exercise strict control over steel selection, heat treatment, and surface finish, ensuring that our steel plates offer high hardness, high temperature and pressure resistance, and flatness without deformation after pressing. They are widely used in PCB, CCL, and other high-temperature lamination industries.

• Plate Thickness Parallelism: Difference in thickness between the two ends of the steel plate. For example, for a 1.5 mm thick plate with a thickness tolerance of ±0.05 mm, the thickness difference between the two ends of the plate should not exceed 0.03 mm.
• Plate Flatness: Place the steel plate on an inspection platform; the gap between the plate and the platform should be ≤3–5 mm/m (depending on size and thickness, see Figure 1).
• Diagonal Tolerance: The difference between the measured diagonals (lines a and b) across the four corners of the steel plate should not exceed 2 mm (see Figure 2).
• Thickness Tolerance: Measure thickness at nine points on the surface of the steel plate.

  Strong heat and deformation resistance, ensuring no new thermal stress is released during press entry and exit, preventing warping or bending.   No rebound after repeated use.  
  High toughness, resisting deformation or scratches caused by thermal expansion/contraction or collisions during handling.   Accessories available, including spring clips, bushings, and pins.
